This is the first hotel that met all these requirements. Other reviews are pointing that the services might be lacking but from our experience, it’s more than adequate. A bellboy did carry our luggage and showed us the room. Besides it’s not that far from the city like the other review exaggerated. Took us only 10-20 minutes driving from the hotel to Alcazar/walking street area. Considering everything, it’s a very good value for 1800 THB. So it’s worth considering this into your calculations if you don’t have your own transportation or rental car. The Seafood restaurant on the beach next to the hotel was very good. Fresh seafood at great, local price. Also it’s worth mentioning that the beach in this area is not suitable for swimming. And the last time I went there, the sea had seaweed floating around that caused rash on my feet. Anyway, a bit of research on google and you already know you should look somewhere else if you intend to swim in the sea. The sand has lot of small shells that hurt your feet. We will be staying in this hotel again when we visit Pattaya next week. Overall a very pleasant stay. Highly recommended for people who has their own transportation.
