Sorry to say this hotel has now become disgusting for customer service and as well an unpleasant experience overall. I used their app over agoda last visit and thru the app received a confirmation notice. I arrived at hotel and told reservation could not be found. I was regularly a visitor 5 to 7 days each pattaya trip but no more. After an hour and everyone else checking in room was offered at price in my confirmation email. I waited another hour until 4 30 pm and room given had an A/C which blew hot air only. After arguing with 4 clerks all of whom repeat what the other standing next to them already said I received an acceptable room good A/C. Clerk ignored the confirmation number. Next day i asked for clean towels 9 am before leaving for breakfast. At 330 i went to front desk and asked a 3rd time. 430 before leaving to go out i was told staff gone for the day and sorry. At noon I asked the clean staff again. Clerk did not offer the towels either. I went to desk at 10 am and informed them i did not wish to continue my stay and asked for a refund. Clerk called his boss and agreed to refund Oct 28 and told me it could take 30 days. I waited until the next day then clean staff 730 am knocked violently on door offering to clean room. As of today Dec 10 no refund given. Red Planet Pattaya is a disgusting sewer of a hotel now. In the past this hotel has given me rooms with patched sheets and towels so worn tattered and old they appeared brown!
