I was in Pattaya for 4 days and since I like working out 5 days in a week, I searched for this place. Going to the Gym was easy since it is a one-way and the Tuk Tuks go in the same direction. However, then it felt far coming back to my hotel due to the same one-way and I had to walk back a long way. I was staying at Sunshine Garden Resort, near North Pattaya Beach and that appeared far from this gym, although I am sure the actual point-to-point distance should not be too much. May be I lost my way. The gym is nice. I found there were 2 sections, one with a lot of girls & boys both and there was another building, about 5 minutes walking distance, that again had quite a few people. This one I could figure out was for hardcore body-builders, some heavy machinery put up there. I did workout for all days and they charged me 220 THB per day, I felt it was costly looking at just 3 days’ thing. And the mineral water cost me 40 THB per 600 ml bottle, if I recollect correctly. There was no issue with regards to the kind of workout I wanted to do, the machines I wanted to use etc. There was one trainer too. The bathroom and locker facilities were clean and good.
