I stayed at the Bay View Pattaya with my wife and daughter and contrary to many a reviews, we found this place very nice. Great welcome with cookies and drinks, great room except it did not face the beach and had a balcony that could only be used by one person at a time. The hotel is walking distance from the beach, a huge mall on one side and very close to all the hotspots of Pattaya. They have a great breakfast service and despite the construction work going on in one part of the building there is little or no disturbance at all. The room had a wonderfully stocked bar, chargeable of course, but there nevertheless. Bangkok after Pattaya was the pits. But that in another review. I would recommend this hotel for a family stay as i cant judge upon the “other”requirements of gentlemen visiting Pattaya which this hotel may not be able to fulfil , or can it ?
