Walking Street Guest House is certainly a guest house for someone who wishes to be right in the center of the action as it’s located directly on Walking Street where you can visit the countless bars, agogo’s and nightclubs. As a guest-friendly establishment with no joiner fees this guest house will have no problems with you bringing a guest back to your room but keep in mind the rooms here are going to be quite basic and the guest house offers very little amenities except for a maid service, safety box, air-conditioning and a 24/7 reception desk.

I would only recommend this hotel to someone who is planning to make Walking Street their main partying destination and doesn’t mind a basic room, you’ll also have to eat out for your meals but that isn’t an issue as there’s countless restaurants and 7/11’s close by. D Apartment 2 is a great guest friendly option for the budget traveller as they offer low cost rooms that are still very clean and have all the modern comforts such as; a rooftop swimming pool, safety boxes, air-conditioning and nice sized rooms which will help you have a enjoyable stay. Location wise it’s hard to go wrong as it’s located on Soi Buakhao which is a very nightlife orientated area, a short stroll down Soi Buakhao and you can find yourself at; Soi Made in Thailand, Tree Town and LK Metro within minutes. There’s also many places to get a cheap bite to eat and countless 7/11’s so you can stock up on essentials.
