This was the third and fourth stay at the hotel for my wife and I. We like to stay in the Ocean View suite. The grounds of the hotel are so beautiful! This is not a party hotel. The hotel is very serene. It is for couples and family that want to enjoy pattaya but not be in the city with all the tour buses and traffic. The grounds and beauty are five star but the rooms all worn and need lots of work. The Sheraton Pattaya is a nice hotel but it is not a five star hotel. The material condition of the rooms are no more then three star condition. The rooms are clean but they have a lot of wear and tear on them and have not been worked on in a number of years. I had my wife’s family stay at the Royal Cliff Hotel and the material condition of the Royal Cliff are so much above the Sheraton’s.

But for seclusion this is the best hotel in pattaya to stay in. If you want five star material condition rooms, the Royal Cliff is better but much more crowded like an airport.
