I find many South Indians, bangali people around as guest. Swimming pool water is clean but is exposed to the street. Room is clean. TV is analogue and has only thai channels. Close to the beach. Breakfast and lunch is fine and healthy. Streets smells of Durain fruits or Drainage. In average the Hotel is good. Hotel is close to night market, shoping Center and restaurants. I found mainly bunch of male group in hotel and they occupy common area and pool so for ladies its not that comfortable. Pros – Rooms are Big. Near to touriest attraction like Art In Paradise, teddy bear museum, Central mall, Alcazar , Tiffiny show. Cons – WiFi only at lobby. Beach front near also at walking distance. Repetitive Dishes in Breakfast. Locker in lobby. Unfriendly staff. Staff need to give training what is called as swim wear. They dont allow female with lycra cloths TShirt and Paint but allow male with cotton undergarment.

Hotel is not clean. Smelly rooms,staffs are very raud..Breakfast fast was very poor. Bad behaviour. No drinking water in the room. Avoid this hotel. There is no manager .,I don’t know, staffs are always laughing. This hotel is located in an excellent position,about 5m from the beach and main road where you would find everything. Reagardi g breakfast it is ok,it has bread.eggs,some thai food,coffe and juices. Staff is friendly and the rooms are big and clean,all though a bit old and there is no free wifi except on the reception lobby and if you want wifi in the room will cost you 150thb per one day unlimited. The hotel is very good if you want to keep low budget for vacation in anyway to sleep and take breakfast its all you need when you are in vacation. Anyway you can enjoy this place and the surrounding areas. This hotel is located near beach, approximately 250 meters from the beach. But you will not get sea view from room. No facility to make tea or coffee in room, wi-fi is not available in room. Rooms are good, clean. There is a swimming pool in hotel. At reception, locker is available to keep valuables. The best self contained villa I have stayed at and Mo was very polite and professional. The swimming pool is better than the photos and I spent most of my time in the pool. The property is quiet with walls all around for complete privacy. There is an outside seating area with table and chairs and overhead fan to keep you cool which is great for having drinks or dinner. There is a washing machine at the side of the house which is very useful.

The inside is spacious and modern with large comfortable sofa and kitchen area with everything you need. The bedroom is spacious and comfortable bed. Lots of cupboard space for clothes and an iron. The bathroom has a modern open plan shower with two adjustable shower heads. There are two smart TVs, one in the lounge and one in the bedroom and they both worked great. Air conditioners in lounge and bedroom and both worked very well and not noisy. There is a ceiling fan in bedroom. The WIFI is very good all over the property and never had any problems. Mo is very polite and professional and very responsive to messages and very helpful. I loved staying here and would definitely recommend staying here and would have stayed another week but it was already booked. Thank you Mo for a lovely place to stay.
