It didn’t even turn on. They removed the hard drive and made it USB-friendly with a box-adapter and I was able to retrieve my data. What’s more, in just one hour it was completely repaired! What a relief. Thanks a lot! The guy changed an element on the circuit and it got absolutely fine. Best computer repairs shop in Pattaya. Staff speaks enough English. Thoroughly recommended, sorted my issues with laptop quickly, and I’ve been back for an upgrade to my Android box for paid live tv, fantastic service guys. Always a pleasure to buy a new computer or upgrade one from a totally competent crew! Mac died on me this morning. Diagnosed on the spot (faulty HDD) and repaired (new SSD including data backup) by 5pm. Super professional, helpful and would definitely recommend to others. Dear Pattaya 2U, Thanks again for repairing my laptop online within one-hour. Took it to these guys at lunchtime. Great service. Very responsive to messages and helpful assistance via Teamviewer. They know what they’re doing. Easy accessible next to Tukcom parking. Your customer support is excellent. My imac late 2015 was too slow running for photo editing so I upgraded to 64-bit big sur and it was a little better but far not enough and researched in the internet how to speed up the work flow. The internet is giving you many different opinion from DON’T DO IT IS IMPOSSIBLE to replace HDD by 2TB SSD only a view said can do.

I called many shops and Mac & Notebook Repair in Pattaya by Pattaya2u sounded best trustworthy so I brought my mac to the shop and after upgrade the RAM to 16MB as well it’s running very fast now! I could not use my fiberoptic internet before really now the websites open 5 times faster than before. After I had one very bad experience with a repair shop I was very scarred and I’m happy I picked the right choice this time and I would definitely recommend the service to my best friends. Many thanks to the owner for your professional work to a fair price. Fixing computer for me. I’ve had one home and two in-shop visits to have work done on my laptops by Mr. Net. Good and great work. First class service, good communication and reasonable prices. I left my Macbook Pro (old 2012) last December and the next day they manage to fix my Laptop by changing the Graphic Card.

Staff are very knowledgeable and kind. They have very extensive knowledge in repairing Apple Laptops which im grateful the issues on my laptop has been resolved. I can highly recommend them. I’ve been to Pattaya2U 3 times with my Mac Book Pro now & each time, they’ve been very friendly, efficient & effective. I got it back and look brand new so they cleaned it all up called me at 11:15 and said it was ready to pick up. These guys are fast efficient and very reasonable 1150 baht. I dropped my computer off to them at 10 a.m. For 4 hours I had new drivers for the WIFI adapter (notebook) installed, uninstalled, installed etc. But I couldn’t fix the problem. My problem was solved in less than 1 minute in the shop and they didn’t want any money from me for this service. Very unusual. Of course, I tipped before I left.
