The hire process is easy and everything is clearly explained. The return process was also very simple. The car was very clean, full tank and very comfortable. I will definitely be back to Pattaya Rent A Car for my future hire needs. Very professional, never had any issues. Just 5000 THB cash deposit for a big, new car, no credit card needed. Perfect and easy communication/ reservation via WhatsApp and Email.The cars and motobikes are superb. The Thai staff is always friendly and up for a joke. Highly recommended car hire/rental business. The prices are fair and competitive. Hired a new Fortuner for a little over 2 weeks with the intention to travel throughout Thailand. Communication with Shane (the owner) via the website and email was flawless.

Picking the car up, it was spotlessly clean and basically brand new judging by the kilometer count, massively positive first impression. One point of improvement, upon picking up the car the assistant manager wasn’t very accommodating, but it wasn’t worth dropping a star over. She just didn’t want to be bothered dropping the car off at our hotel because it was busy, hot and/or a weekend with bad traffic, maybe a combination of all of the above, not really sure. My wife and I had no issues throughout our travels and everyone that rode with us loved the car. Maybe better to coordinate this activity in advance? The manager however went above and beyond upon returning our car to help us get a ride, coordinate transfer of luggage, and overall was a huge asset to this business. I can see why she is the manager, her service was top notch and friendly even to those attempting to do a walk-in rentals even though they were sold out of vehicles for the day.

Third time using Pattaya – pattaya.thaibounty.com – Rent a Car and first time had to cancel. The whole rental process took less than 5 minutes & I rode away as a very satisfied customer. Additionally, I have rented many bikes in Thailand over the years – the only time that I have rented a bike that was handed over with a full tank of fuel was today, what a difference it makes. I was assisted by Gift who was incredibly efficient, knowledgeable & friendly. Shane and his team were perfect and managed to accommodate my request with ease. Best car rental in Thailand, period. Truck was spotless and in great condition.

Unlimited milages and insurance included, hence the marginal higher price compared to previous rental providers, even out easily if taking a longer drive. Car with high standard, no wobbly tires on highway. Pretty new car without any damages. Excellent! I rented a small scooter for about 3 months from Pattaya – go source – rent a car, it was brand new, in pristine condition and they looked after me well. Excellent service.
