If you are traveling to experience the night life in Pattaya on Walking Street, this is a fair bet. Pros- 1. This one is right in the heart of all the nightlife and action, take Soi 15 on walking street and it is about a 100 meters away Advantages: A. You save a lot of local commute money once you step out drunk at wee hours. B. Pretty economical for the room size and seemed to be a property not too aged C. Guest friendly too 2. Safety locker 3. Clean and tidy room, toilets too 4. Receptionist tried her best to assist with everything possible, courteous too, so I’d give them some credit. Here are my observations after a short stay. 5. At the entrance of Soi 15 is Family Mart, you get everything from water to alcohol to quick bites; another 80 meters and you have a 7/11. Can it get any better? I can’t stand rude ones at all. 6. Lot of street hawkers flock the lane as the day progresses. Cons- 1. They don’t serve breakfast 2. No Lift 3. Wi-Fi was pretty sick, kept knocking me off and they didn’t care to fix it 4. Can hear the next door go-go bar music if you are facing the street (avoid those rooms). If you fancy some local grub? Have a safe trip! I really don’t mind going back, breakfast would have been nice though since at wee hours, you struggle on beach road and walking street to get a decent meal (except burgers). The inside is spacious and modern with large comfortable sofa and kitchen area with everything you need. Lots of cupboard space for clothes and an iron. The bedroom is spacious and comfortable bed. There are two smart TVs, one in the lounge and one in the bedroom and they both worked great. Air conditioners in lounge and bedroom and both worked very well and not noisy. The bathroom has a modern open plan shower with two adjustable shower heads. The WIFI is very good all over the property and never had any problems. Mo is very polite and professional and very responsive to messages and very helpful. There is a ceiling fan in bedroom. I loved staying here and would definitely recommend staying here and would have stayed another week but it was already booked. Thank you Mo for a lovely place to stay.
