I booked two rooms in this hotel because of very nice pictures in the internet BUT it was really different when we went there. As soon as we go inside the hotel, it looks like you’re in a horror film. The rooms are dirty, old and smells really bad even just from the entrance. It was scary, dark, and things are broken. We got more disappointed as soon as we go inside our unit. The toilet is broken and looks very dusgusting! The aircon was also broken and the water was leaking. It was so annoying that woke up in wee hours because of the water leaking from the aircon. Was really not comfortable to stay in that place so save yourself and do not book there! We booked another hotel just after a night staying there. It was also so bad here in Markland that they will asked you to pay for the electric bills, and will even demand downpayment for that.

No toiletries replacement. Curtains are also broken. It was scary and stressful. Another bad experience we got is that were stuck in the elevator as it was old, and we can’t even pressed any buttons even the emergency and alarm. They cant even give a notice when the elevator was broken or what. I told the people from the reception about what happened and they just said.. Bed was uncomfortable and also old that you’ll have backpain when you wake up. There was even a bug in the room! They know that we are three people staying, but they just provide 1 blanket. I can’t believe how annoying and bad this hotel is. It made our vacation really stressful! The only place good in this hotel is the location which is close to the beach, but there are so many hotels around which are much much better, and will be worth the money you pay. WORST HOTEL I EVER BOOKED!

The inside is spacious and modern with large comfortable sofa and kitchen area with everything you need. The bedroom is spacious and comfortable bed. Lots of cupboard space for clothes and an iron. The bathroom has a modern open plan shower with two adjustable shower heads. There are two smart TVs, one in the lounge and one in the bedroom and they both worked great. There is a ceiling fan in bedroom. The WIFI is very good all over the property and never had any problems. Air conditioners in lounge and bedroom and both worked very well and not noisy. Mo is very polite and professional and very responsive to messages and very helpful. I loved staying here and would definitely recommend staying here and would have stayed another week but it was already booked. Thank you Mo for a lovely place to stay.
